About the Study:This clinical trial is testing a new digital therapy called Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) for people with chronic back pain. The goal is to see if it works as well as standard medical care. 180 participants will be randomly assigned to different groups to compare pain relief.
Who’s Eligible:
Ages 21–70
Ongoing back pain for at least 3 months
Pain level of 4/10 or higher
Able to use a smartphone and communicate by text or email
