This may involve identifying suitable research groups based on specific criteria such as health conditions, demographics, and personal characteristics. We do not share your data with third parties. The data is strictly for internal use to facilitate accurate research placements.

Your data will be digitally stored and will only be kept for as long as necessary to facilitate your participation in relevant research studies. Once the data is no longer needed, it will be securely and digitally destroyed to ensure your privacy is protected.

4. Participant Rights and Opting Out

You have the option to opt out of the research studies at any time. If you decide to withdraw, your data will be removed from our system, and you will no longer be contacted regarding future studies. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you can choose to stop at any time without any negative consequences.

We do not collect last names, date of birth, or addresses in order to keep your Personal Health Information (PHI) minimal and secure. By limiting the personal data we collect, we reduce the risk of privacy violations and ensure that your information is protected. Additionally, this approach helps ensure that only the necessary details are used to determine eligibility for the appropriate research study.

6. Data Collection for Participants Outside New York, United States

If you reside in a state or country other than New York, United States, JPM Collections, LLC will arrange 1:1 meetings with you to better understand your location and connect you with relevant research studies. These meetings help us to accurately match you to studies that fit your specific criteria and geographical area.

7. Limitation of Liability

JPM Collections, LLC is committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting the information we collect. However, we are not responsible for any data leaks or privacy issues related to third-party research studies you may participate in. Each individual research study has its own privacy policies, and we recommend that you review those policies before participating in any study.

The research studies you participate in may have their own privacy notices and policies.
